October 2025 - Vol. 25, No. 20
Hello, everyone! Food labeling and regulatory compliance is a dynamic field, with ever-evolving regulations, product revisions to accommodate consumer health and nutrition trends, and - perhaps most significantly - the need to stay up-to-date with all of it. Whether we’re working on a team or solo, there are times we need a second opinion, clarity, or simply to outsource some of our workload. Today we’re sharing a valuable resource for getting the support you need.
We’re also helping a reader by offering clarity on food additives for Canada. Have a food labeling or regulatory question of your own? Please feel free to email us your question and we’ll add it to our queue!
In this issue:
• Rules for Preservatives in Canada
• Food Labeler Spotlight
• Keeping You Current
Warmly,
Melissa Grzybowski, President, Food Consulting Company
